She is survived by her life long partner Donald West, daughter Anna Culy, son Sonny Day, grandsons Robert Day and Lucas Day, brothers Donald Cornell and James Cornell, nieces Darlene Cornell, Angela Cannada, and Gina Cornell

There will be a Celebration of Sandra's Life held on Saturday, January 30th at 2:00pm at 15605 SE Stark Street, Apt #b20, Portland Oregon 97233.
