Robert Gaughan

Robert "Bob" Gaughan passed away at Providence Hospital, 9 years after his beloved wife Vera. He is survived by his sister Joan Rand, brother Richard and four married daughters, Susan Tissot, Shirley Menchu, Karen Welch and Samantha Harlow; and five grandchildren. A loving husband and father, Bob will always be remembered for his charismatic personality and the strong work ethic he instilled in his children. A Master Gardener and Food Preserver, his green thumb annually produced vast amounts of veggies for his family and friends. Bob spent the majority of his work life at Xerox and after retirement enjoyed serving on the Corbett Water Board.

Burial services are being coordinated by Family Memorial Mortuary in Gresham and will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Corbett Pioneer Cemetery. A celebration of Bob's life will be held in the summer or fall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or OPB.
