Melba Louise Neisz

Melba Neisz was born March 10th, 1945 in Portland, OR to Harold and Verna (Wiseman) Beerman. She has a brother, Paul, and a sister, Loretta. She was the 17th Beerman who attended Sellwood Middle School, from which she graduated in 1959. She attended and graduated from Girls' Polytechnic High School in 1963. After high school, she worked at Meier and Frank. She eventually moved onto Philbin Manufacturing Company, but ultimately retired from Value Village after 20 years in 2007. Melba passed away due to congestive heart failure on September 21st, 2021 in Portland, OR surrounded by her family.

Melba is survived by her son Joseph M. Neisz and her daughter Linda L. Neisz, her grandchildren Keone Joseph Neisz and Sarah M. Leeper, and her siblings Paul and Jackie Beerman and Loretta and Ron Jacober. A celebration of life will be held on a later date.
