Johnny passed away peacefully at his home in Gresham, Oregon surrounded by his family.
Johnny was born in Anaconda, MT. He was in the US Air Force from 1964-1969. He then joined Washington State Patrol. He worked for many bowling centers, as bowling was his first love. He loved having coffee with his bowling buddies that he considered his second family. Johnny loved the Blazers and the Oregon Ducks.
Johnny enjoyed working at Weston GMC Buick up until he became ill. He was diagnosed with Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia and then had a heart attack.
Johnny is survived by his partner Jo Stanford, his special nurses Tracy and Tif, who loved him, his three children Cindy, John Jr. and Cory and six grandchildren. A special thank you to Hospice for all their help.
Services will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland OR. on April 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.
